Adidas Soccer Cleat Return Policy

Adidas also offers a warranty on all footwear it sells. This means that if you have purchased Adidas cleats and the shoes cause blisters, discomfort, or any other problem, you can return the shoes within six months of purchase.

Returning Used Cleats

Soccer Cleat Lifespan

Most soccer cleats require replacement after 6 to 12 months, depending on how you use them. 

It may not even reach half a year if used for rainy or muddy games or if you use the same cleats for practices and matches.

Exchanging Cleats Twice

Restriction:

You can only return them once.

If you no longer want the original item you returned after the first time, you can always select a different product. 

However, the items created especially for you, which are not mass-produced, cannot be exchanged.

Tag Removal

Returning any product should be done without removing any tags or labels on that product. Otherwise, the return may not be accepted.

By Post

They can be returned by post. It is important that you return the item in the condition you received it and in its original packaging. For further information regarding returns, please go to the Adidas return page.

At a Store

If the item was bought in an Adidas outlet, do not worry: you can return it to the outlet by taking the product together with the card number.

Note: You should also know that Adidas does not accept returns on products bought from other stores. This means that you have to take them back to the store where you bought them.

Filing an Adidas Warranty Claim

Gather Your Receipt

You should ensure you make a photocopy of the itemized receipt from an authorized dealer.

Document the Defect

A photocopy of the defective article must contain clear pictures of the defect, the production date in mm/yy format, and the article number, which is a six-digit code placed on the article tag.
